摘 要:介绍了非标电力液压制动器在高炉主卷扬系统的改造和应用。重点对主卷扬系统的制动器改造过程和改造完的运行情况进行了总结和说明。通过对主卷扬系统制动器的改造,有效解决了多年来原有主卷扬系统电磁制动器故障率高、维护量大、维护成本高等问题。从运行情况来看,非标电力液压制动器可以在高炉主卷扬系统等关键设备设施上进行使用,电力液压制动器要比电磁制动器运行稳定可靠。This article mainly introduces the transformation and application of non-standard electric hydraulic brake in the main winch system of blast furnace.The emphasis is placed on summarizing and explaining the brake modification process of the main winch system and the operation after the modification.Through the modification of the brake of the main winch system,the problems of high failure rate,large maintenance volume,and high maintenance cost of the electromagnetic brake of the original main winch system over the years have been effectively solved.From the perspective of operation,non-standard electric hydraulic brakes can be used on key equipment and facilities such as the main winch system of the blast furnace,and electric hydraulic brakes operate more stably and reliably than electromagnetic brakes.
