摘 要:励磁变压器作为发电机工作的辅助装置,为发电机励磁系统提供三相交流励磁电源,对发电机的安全、可靠、稳定运行起到关键作用。燃机机组启停相对频繁,励磁变压器在停止运行一段时间后,其绝缘性能会受到一定程度的影响,因此需要对励磁变压器反复进行烘潮处理,以保证其绝缘性能能够达到要求,这不仅降低了励磁变压器的运行可靠性,还给电力检修人员增加了工作负担。本文提出了一种励磁变压器受潮缺陷优化改造方法,能够对励磁变压器受潮缺陷进行有效改善。经过运用实例验证,本文所提出的方法取得了良好的运用效果。As an auxiliary device for the generator,the excitation transformer provides three-phase AC excitation power for the generator excitation system,which plays a key role in the safe,reliable and stable operation of the generator.The insulation performance of the excitation transformer will be affected to a certain extent after it stops running for a period of time,so it is necessary to repeatedly bake the excitation transformer to ensure that its insulation performance can meet the requirements,which not only reduces the operational reliability of the excitation transformer,but also increases the workload of the power maintenance personnel.In this paper,we propose a method for optimizing the moisture defects of excitation transformers,which can effectively improve the moisture defects of excitation transformers.The method proposed in this paper has been verified to be effective through the use of examples.
