摘 要:电力系统是我国能源系统的核心组成部分。科学合理的电网调度是维持电力系统稳定工作的关键。科学评价电网调度服务质量对电力系统供给侧和负荷侧满意度分析及电网调度计划调整有重要意义。本文将电网系统分为负荷侧、供给侧和电网侧,建立三侧各自独立的指标,基于主客观评价和加权分析提出了电网整体的调度服务质量评估流程,并基于指标模型和评估流程构建了系统整体的评估方法。The power system is the core component of China's energy system.The scientific and reasonable power grid dispatching is the key to maintain the stability of the power system.The scientific evaluation of power grid dispatching service quality is of great significance to the analysis of power system supply side and load side satisfaction and the adjustment of power grid dispatching plan.In this paper,the power grid system is divided into load side,supply side and power grid side,and the independent indicators of the three sides are established.Based on subjective and objective evaluation and weighted analysis,the overall dispatching service quality evaluation process of the power grid is proposed,and the overall evaluation method of the system is constructed based on the indicator model and evaluation process.
