摘  要:珠海市某隧道工程是国内目前直径最大的双层叠落盾构工程。工程设计路线所处水文地质条件复杂,周边建筑与管线众多,对盾构工程施工的进度与安全性带来一定的挑战。基于工程所处地质情况及工程特点,对施工过程中的控制难点与关键技术进行讨论,具体分析了盾构机选型,复杂地层与环境中施工可能存在的风险,得出:①工程宜选用泥水平衡盾构机;②在浅覆土、小曲率半径与隧道叠落段,应重点防控管片上浮与冒浆风险,加强盾构姿态调控,并控制叠落段匝线隧道掘进对主线隧道的影响;③在穿越建筑物与管线时,需做好预备方案与现场监测。A tunnel project in Zhuhai is the largest overlapping shield tunnels in China at present.As the complex hydrogeological conditions and a large number of buildings and pipelines are involved,it’s challenging to ensure the progress and security of construction.Based on the geological condition and characteristics of this project,the controlling difficulties and key technologies in construction are discussed.The issues,which include the selection of shield machines,and the potential risks of construction in intricate strata and environment are analyzed in detail.①It is revealed that the project should use the slurry pressure-balance shield.②Meanwhile,it is important to prevent the risk of segment floating and oozing slurry,control the attitude of shield machine,and minimize the influence of shield excavation in overlapping tunnel upon the main line tunnel.③In addition,contingency plans and on-site monitoring should be well prepared when crossing buildings and pipelines.
