摘  要:针对某危险废物填埋场渗滤液高盐度、高有机物、污染物成分复杂、可生化性差等特点,提出了Fenton氧化-混凝沉降-蒸发脱盐-BAF组合深度处理工艺。实验结果表明,Fenton氧化最佳条件为:渗滤液初始pH值3.0,H_(2)O_(2)投加量35 mL/L,FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O投加量25 g/L,反应时间40 min;混凝沉降最佳条件为:混凝液pH值6.0,混凝剂PAC投加量0.3 g/L;渗滤液经Fenton氧化+混凝沉降后,废水中污染因子总磷、总砷、CODcr、氨氮的去除率分别为99.92%、99.78%、97.13%、70.26%;蒸发脱盐最佳条件为:碳酸钠投加量为10 g/L,预处理后废水硬度从1260 mg/L降至420 mg/L,降低了74.36%,蒸发脱盐温度宜高于95℃。利用模拟曝气生物滤池对溜出液与生活污水组成的混合液连续曝气处理,其出水水质指标均达到了《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T19923)再生水水质要求。Aiming at the characteristics of high salinity,high organic matter,complex pollutant composition and poor biodegradability of leachate from a hazardous waste landfill,a combined advanced treatment process of Fenton oxidation-coagulation sedimentation-evaporative desalination-BAF was proposed.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions for Fenton oxidation are as follows:the initial pH value of the leachate is 3.0,the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)is 35 mL/L,the dosage of FeSO_(4)·7H_(2)O is 25 g/L,and the reaction time is 40min;the optimal conditions for coagulation and sedimentation are:The pH value of the coagulation solution is 6.0,and the dosage of coagulant PAC is 0.3 g/L;after the leachate is oxidized by Fenton+coagulation and sedimentation,the removal rates of total phosphorus,total arsenic,CODcr and ammonia nitrogen in the wastewater are 99.92%,99.78%,97.13%,70.26%.The optimal conditions for evaporative desalination were as follows:the dosage of sodium carbonate was 10 g/L,the hardness of wastewater after pretreatment decreased from 1260mg/L to 420 mg/L,a decrease of 74.36%;the evaporative desalination temperature should be higher than 95℃.The mixed liquid composed of leachate and domestic sewage is continuously aerated by the simulated biological aerated filte,and the water quality indicators of the effluent meet the reclaimed water quality requirements of“Urban Wastewater Recycling Industrial Water Quality”.
