摘 要:研究了滑石粉表面改性后对聚丙烯(PP)管材的影响规律。以滑石粉、聚丙烯、表面改性剂(自制)等为主要原料,在塑料混炼机上实现几种原材料的充分混合,成为复合材料。利用万能试验机测试复合材料的力学性能,采用傅里叶红外变换仪及XRD等分析研究了复合材料的微观结构及官能团的变化情况。结果表明:经过改性处理后的填料,可与聚丙烯很有规律的复合;材料的拉伸性能相对较稳定,微观结构分布均匀,官能团发生了较大变化。The effect of surface modification of talc powder on polypropylene(PP)pipes was studied.With talcum powder,polypropylene,surface modifier(self-made)and other main raw materials,fully mix several raw materials on the plastic mixer to become composite materials.The mechanical properties of the composite were tested by universal testing machine,and the microstructure and functional group changes of the composite were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared and XRD.The results show that the modified fillers can be regularly compounded with polypropylene;The tensile properties of the material are relatively stable,the microstructure is uniformly distributed,and the functional groups have changed greatly.
