摘  要:针对云南某难选胶磷矿磨矿后分为粗(>75μm)、中(25~75μm)、细(≤25μm)3个窄粒级,分别开展了浮选试验研究,探究了各粒级中不同矿物可浮性差异,并研究了药剂制度、充气量、搅拌强度对细粒级胶磷矿浮选的影响。通过研究,发现随粒级变细,磷含量逐渐降低,镁及其他杂质含量逐渐升高。粗粒级因解离不充分难选,细粒级因颗粒太小,机械夹带严重,药剂分选性差而难选。调整充气量、搅拌强度及采用超声分散选矿可一定程度提高浮选效果,优化浮选指标。For a refractory phosphate rock in Yunnan,it is divided into coarse(+75μm),medium(25~75μm),thin(-25μm).The flotation experiments were carried out for three narrow particle sizes to explore the differences in the floatability of different minerals in each particle size,and the effects of reagent system,air volume and stirring strength on the flotation of fine-grained phosphate rock were studied.Through research,it is found that the phosphorus content decreases gradually and the magnesium and other impurities content increases gradually as the particle size becomes finer.Coarse particles are difficult to be separated due to insufficient dissociation,and fine particles are difficult to be separated due to too small particles,serious mechanical entrainment,and poor reagent separation.The flotation effect can be improved to a certain extent and the flotation index can be optimized by adjusting the air volume and stirring intensity and adopting ultrasonic dispersion beneficiation.
