摘  要:研究了准确快速测定铅烟灰中铋、铟、锑、锡的分析方法,分析了仪器观察高度、研究内标引入方式、定容体积、主量基体元素对测定结果的影响。最终确定了径向最佳观察高度为10 mm、采用过氧化钠高温熔融试样、提前引入内标、无需准确定容的方式,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时测定铅烟灰中铋、铟、锑、锡的方法。铋、铟、锑、锡的方法检出限分别为0.0039%、0.0062%、0.0097%、0.0060%,加标回收率在96.0%~104.0%,相对标准偏差(n=11)<2%。方法缩短了检测周期,提高了多元素检测的效率。Accurate and rapid determination of Bi,In,Sb and Sn in lead soot is of great importance.In the experiments,observation height was optimized,and the way to introduce internal standards,volume,the influence of major matrix elements were studied.Finally,the best radial observation height is 10 mm,by using sodium peroxide to melt the sample at high temperature,introducing internal standards in advance and without accurate constant volume,a method which could simultaneously determine Bi,In,Sb and Sn in lead soot by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was established.The Method detection limit were 0.0039%for Bi,0.0062%for In,0.0097%for Sb anf 0.0060%for Sn.The recoveries ranged from 96.0%to 104.0%.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)all less than 2%.The method shortened the detection cycle and improved the efficiency of multi-element detection.
