摘 要:采用环丁砜作为萃取剂,利用Aspen Plus软件,以醋酸-水体系为例,进行系统性的萃取精馏过程设计并对整个方案优化。热力学模型选择活度系数方程NRTL模块和逸度系数方程Hayden-O’Connell。采用Aspen Plus的DSTWU模块对塔的设计变量和操作参数进行同时优化以得到经济性最优的萃取精馏过程设计方案。利用RedFRac模块进行全流程模拟后验证了设计方案是有效的,得到的优化结果是可靠的,并且符合传统化工的一般过程设计理论。In this paper,sulfolane was used as extractant,and Aspen Plus software was used to design the extractive distillation process of acetic acid water system and optimize the whole scheme.The activity coefficient equation NRTL module and fugacity coefficient equation Hayden-O’Connell are selected for the thermodynamic model.The design variables and operating parameters of the tower are optimized simultaneously by using the dstwu module of Aspen Plus to obtain the most economical design scheme of extractive distillation process.After the whole process simulation with redfrac module,it is found that the proposed design scheme is effective,the optimization results are reliable and conform to the general process design theory of traditional chemical industry.
