摘　　要：利用西门子S7-200 SMART PLC实现物料搅拌机的自动控制,利用昆仑通态触摸屏(HMI)实现物料搅拌机操作人员和PLC的人机对话,利用西门子MM440变频器实现物料搅拌电机的无级调速,从而大大提高了物料搅拌机的智能化程度。The automatic control of material mixer is realized by using Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC.The man-machine conversation between the operator of the material mixer and the PLC is realized by using the Kunlun through state touch screen(HMI).The stepless speed regulation of material mixing motor is realized by using Siemens MM440 frequency converter.The system designed in this paper greatly improves the intelligent level of the material mixer.
