摘  要:溧阳抽水蓄能电站进水球阀每台机组设置一台,因为机组启停频繁,球阀开关动作频率较高,所以在长期运行过程中由于设备损坏、老化等原因,球阀系统电气和机械设备出现异常情况,造成球阀开启和关闭失败等问题。结合电站球阀实际情况分析并提出合理的处理方法,及时处理设备缺陷,从而使电站球阀动作成功率大大提升。Each unit of Liyang pumped storage power station is equipped with a water inlet ball valve.The unit starts and stops frequently,and the ball valve switching frequency is high.Due to equipment damage,aging and other reasons during long-term operation,the electrical and mechanical equipment of the ball valve system have abnormal conditions,resulting in the failure of ball valve opening and closing.Combined with the actual situation of the ball valve of the power station,a reasonable treatment method is developed to deal with equipment defects in time,so that the success rate of the ball valve operation of the power station is greatly improved.
