摘　　要：结合现场实际问题,就高炉喷煤工序中使用的星型卸灰阀存在的阀门堵转而驱动电机正常运行的情况,增加阀门运行状态监控,消除安全隐患。Based on the actual problems in the field,based on the valve blockage of star type ash discharge valve used in the coal injection process of blast furnace while the drive motor normal operation condition,the monitoring of valve operating status is added and safety hazards are eliminated.
