摘  要:基于光导航的无线充电小车以TC264D芯片为主控芯片,MT9V034灰度摄像头为信标灯检测传感器,编码器作为速度检测传感器,通过大津法及连通域算法获取信标灯的位置信息,并根据位置信息优化策略,利用控制算法调节驱动电机的转速进行闭环控制,实现小车自主识别信标灯并进行追踪。另外小车采用LCC拓扑结构进行无线充电来获取电能,为小车提供动力。试验结果表明,该小车完成了自动充电和实时追踪信标灯,系统方案可靠稳定。The wireless charging trolley based on light navigation uses TC264D chip as the main control chip,MT9V034 grayscale camera as the beacon lamp detection sensor,and encoder as the speed detection sensor.The position information of the beacon lamp is obtained by the OTSU method and the connected domain algorithm,and the strategy is optimized according to the position information,and the speed of the drive motor is adjusted by the control algorithm for closed-loop control,so as to realize the independent identification and tracking of the beacon lamp by the car.In addition,the car adopts LCC topology for wireless charging to obtain power and provide power for the car.The test results show that the car has completed automatic charging and real-time tracking beacon lights,and the system scheme is reliable and stable.
