摘　　要：针对棒磨机润滑系统因故障无法工作,通过了解润滑系统工作原理,使用PLC技术对其进行改造,恢复设备生产。改造后,设备生产稳定,维护成本降低,为日常维护提供了帮助。The rod mill lubrication system was not working due to a malfunction.By understanding how the lubrication system works,it was retrofitted using PLC technology and equipment production resumed.After the transformation,the equipment production is stable,the maintenance cost is reduced,and the daily maintenance is helped.
