摘 要:在电力系统中低压母线短路故障中电弧光故障发生频率高,故障危害大,严重威胁到电力设备及人身安全,电弧光的形成并不依赖于空气中的氧气,因此熄灭电弧的唯一方法就是切断产生电弧光的电源。电弧电流通常低于正常负载电流,因此断路器本身不能可靠地检测到电弧光的存在,必须通过电弧光检测电路来准确识别。设计一种满足自主可控要求的弧光保护装置,当检测到电弧光强度超过阈值时通过断路器迅速切断进线电源,实现保护功能;同时可以记录下故障时刻的弧光光强波形用于分析。对弧光保护装置的软硬件设计方案进行分析,并通过12 kV空气绝缘高压开关柜工程项目完成挂网测试,验证该设计方案的可行性。In the power system,the arc light fault occurs frequently in the short circuit fault of low-voltage bus,which is harmful to the power equipment and personal safety.The formation of arc light does not depend on oxygen in the air,so the only way to extinguish the arc is to cut off the power source that produces the arc light.The arc current is usually lower than the normal load current,so the circuit breaker itself cannot reliably detect the presence of arc light,which must be accurately identified by arc flash detection circuitry.An arc protection device that meets the requirements of independent and controllable is designed.When the arc light intensity is detected to exceed the threshold,the incoming power supply is quickly cut off through the circuit breaker to realize the protection function.At the same time,the arc intensity waveform at the time of failure can be recorded for analysis.The software and hardware design scheme of the arc protection device is analyzed,and the hanging network test is completed through the 12 kV air-insulated high-voltage switchgear project,which verified the feasibility of the design scheme.
