摘　　要：目前国内脉冲大电流同轴电缆各层材料由内而外同轴排布,电缆由内导体、内绝缘层、外导体、外绝缘和保护层构成。基于此,研制了一种柔软型脉冲大电流同轴电缆。该电缆采用特殊导体的结构、专制的材料和特别的生产工艺,经检测各项性能指标均达到了设计要求,具有优异的耐磨损、柔软弯曲、耐霉菌、耐盐雾、耐海水等性能,市场前景广阔。At present,the domestic pulse large current coaxial cable layer material from the inside out coaxial arrangement,cable by the inner conductor,inner insulation layer,outer conductor,outer insulation and protective layer.Based on this,a flexible pulse high-current coaxial cable is developed.The cable adopts special conductor structure,authoritarian materials and special production process,and the performance indicators have met the design requirements after testing,and has excellent wear resistance,soft bending,mold resistance,salt spray resistance,seawater resistance and other properties,and has broad market prospects.
