摘 要:以西藏林芝市巴宜区、米林县、朗县3个巨柏(Cupressus gigantean)种群地为试验地,在每个种群地分别采集9组根际土壤、非根际土壤样本;利用高通量测序技术,分析巨柏根际土壤、非根际土壤的细菌多样性及功能。结果表明:巨柏根际土壤与非根际土壤丰富度指数(ACE指数和Chao指数)差异不显著。依据热图聚类分析、主坐标分析(PCoA),巨柏根际土壤与非根际土壤细菌群落结构和相对丰度存在显著差异。根际土壤中放线菌门(Actinobacteriota)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)的相对丰度,显著高于非根际土壤。根际土壤细菌的转运与分解代谢、膜转运、信号转导、氨基酸代谢、类脂化合物代谢、异种生物降解与代谢、内分泌系统等功能丰度,显著高于非根际土壤细菌的。巨柏根际土壤具有丰富的特有细菌。The rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil samples of Cupressus gigantean were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that there were no significant differences in ACE index and Chao index between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil.With OTU-Venn diagram,heat map clustering analysis and principal coordinate analysis(PCoA),there were significant differences in bacterial community structure and relative abundance between the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soils.The relative abundance of Actinobacteriota,Proteobacteria and Bacteroidota in rhizosphere soil was significantly higher than that in non-rhizosphere soil.The functional abundances of rhizosphere soil bacteria such as transport and catabolism,membrane transport,signal transduction,amino acid metabolism,lipid metabolism,xenobiotics biodegradation and metabolism,endocrine system and so on were significantly higher than those in non-rhizosphere.The soil of C.gigantean rhizosphere is rich in endemic bacteria.
