摘 要:2020年5月27日起,对松阿扁叶蜂(Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura)在山西省壶关县的发生动态(蛹期发育进度、成虫羽化进度、成虫产卵进度、卵孵化进度)及其对油松林(6.67 km^(2))的危害程度(虫口密度)进行调查;选用质量分数为20%的毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂、低毒安全体积分数为4.5%的高效氯氰菊酯乳油为防治药剂,尿素为沉降剂,按照体积分数为4.5%的高效氯氰菊酯乳油150 kg/km^(2)、质量分数为20%的毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂120 kg/km^(2)、尿素30 kg/km^(2)的喷洒量配制喷施药剂(质量比m(沉降剂)∶m(药剂)∶m(水)为1∶9∶80);2021年6月18日,根据松阿扁叶蜂灾害发生程度以及试验区域的地形地貌特征,按照试验设计方案使用AS350小松鼠直升机对试验区域喷洒药剂;依次调查飞防前和飞防后的1、3、5、7、9 d的虫口密度,以虫口减退率为评价指标,分析防治效果。结果表明:①松阿扁叶蜂在壶关县1 a发生1代,5月中旬为化蛹盛期、羽化高峰在6月初、6月中下旬为幼虫危害盛期。②飞防施用体积分数为4.5%的高效氯氰菊酯乳油和质量分数为20%的毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂(质量比m(沉降剂)∶m(药剂)∶m(水)为1∶9∶80)9 d后,平均虫口密度由55头/枝,降低为4头/枝,虫口减退率达到92.41%。飞机防治使用体积分数为4.5%的高效氯氰菊酯乳油和质量分数为20%的毒死蜱微胶囊悬浮剂对松阿扁叶蜂的防治效果较好。From May 27,2020,we investigated the occurrence dynamics of Acantholyda posticalis Matsumura in Huguan County,Shanxi Province(pupal development progress,adult emergence progress,adult oviposition progress,egg hatching progress)and its damage degree to the Chinese pine forest(6.67 km^(2))(insect population density).We used the chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspension agent with a content of 20%,the low-toxic and safe beta-cypermethrin EC with a volume content of 4.5%,and the urea as the settling agent.The spraying agent(mass ratio m(settling agent)∶m(agent)∶m(water)of 1∶9∶80)was prepared according to the spraying amount of 150 kg/km^(2) of cypermethrin EC with a volume content of 4.5%,120 kg/km^(2) of chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspension agent with a content of 20%,and 30 kg/km^(2) of urea.On June 18,2021,according to the degree of the disaster caused by A.posticalis and the topographic and geomorphological characteristics of the test area,the AS350 Squirrel Helicopter was used to spray chemicals on the test area according to the test design scheme.The insect population density of 1,3,5,7 and 9 d before and after the flight control was investigated in turn,and the control effect was analyzed with the insect population reduction rate as the evaluation index.The results showed that:(1)A.posticalis occurred once a year in Huguan County,its pupation peak was in the middle of May,and its emergence peak was in early June and late June,which was the peak of larval harm.(2)After 9-d application of 4.5%beta-cypermethrin EC and 20%chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspension(mass ratio m(sedimentation agent)∶m(medicament)∶m(water)of 1∶9∶80),the average insect population density decreased from 55 larves/branch to 4 larves/branch,and the decline rate of insect population reached 92.41%.The control effect of aircraft control using beta-cypermethrin EC with volume fraction of 4.5%and chlorpyrifos microcapsule suspension agent with a content of 20%on A.posticalis is better.
