摘 要:利用苏玛罐顶空吸附法和GC-MS方法,分析了健康红松和被害红松的主梢与球果中挥发性物质种类及峰面积比;挑选其中峰面积比高,危害后变化大的红松挥发物进行触角电位仪法测定,测定了冷杉梢斑螟触角对11种寄主挥发物的反应强度,筛选出8种反应值较高的挥发物,进行了不同浓度梯度对触角反应影响探索,从中选出7种化合物开展了不同浓度下,Y型嗅觉仪中对雌雄成虫行为影响的研究。红松中峰面积比较高的挥发物质有α-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、双戊烯和β-蒎烯。主梢被危害后α-水芹烯、萜品烯和(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯峰面积比上升;球果被危害后β-蒎烯的峰面积比提升;然而主梢与球果被危害后3-蒈烯、月桂烯和双戊烯的峰面积比下降。触角电位测试结果表明:双戊烯、桧烯、对二乙基苯、萜品烯(γ-松油烯)、(1R)-(+)-α蒎烯、(+)-3-蒈烯和D-柠檬烯等7种挥发物在1 mol·L^(-1)的浓度下均能引起雌雄成虫较强的触角电位反应(p<0.05);10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)苯乙烯能引起雌雄成虫较强的触角电位反应(p<0.05)。但8种寄主植物挥发物引起的触角电位反应值在雌虫和雄虫之间有显著差异。Y型嗅觉仪中行为测试结果表明:双戊烯、桧烯、(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯和D-柠檬烯对冷杉梢斑螟雌雄成虫都有较强的引诱作用;萜品烯(γ-松油烯)和(+)-3-蒈烯对冷杉梢斑螟雌雄成虫都有较强的驱避作用。对二乙基苯对雌虫有较高的驱避性,对雄虫有较高的引诱性。8种寄主植物挥发物可以引起冷杉梢斑螟触角电生理反应,且对雌雄冷杉梢斑螟影响效果不同;双戊烯、桧烯、(1R)-(+)-α-蒎烯和D-柠檬烯可以作为冷杉梢斑螟雌雄成虫引诱剂成分,萜品烯(γ-松油烯)和(+)-3-蒈烯可以作为冷杉梢斑螟成虫驱避剂成分。The types and relative contents of volatile substances in the main shoots and cones of healthy and damaged Korean pine were analyzed by suma jar headspace adsorption method and GC-MS method.The volatiles of Pinus koraiensis with high content and great changes after damage were selected for the determination of the antennae potentiometry,and the antennal potential response intensity of D.abietella adultsto 11 kinds of host volatiles were measured,8 kinds of volatile compounds with higher response values were screened out,and the effect of different concentration gradients of those 8 volatiles on the antennal response was explored,and 7 kinds of compounds were selected to study their effect on the behavior of D.abietella in the Y-type olfactometer at different concentrations.The volatile substances with relatively high content in Korean pine areα-pinene,3-carene,dipentene andβ-pinene.The contents ofα-phellandrene,terpinene and(1R)-(+)-α-pinene increased after the main shoots were damaged.The relative contents ofβ-pinene increased after the cones were damaged.The contents of 3-carene,myrcene and dipentene decreased after cone or main shoot being harmed.The EAG test results show that:dipentene,sabinene,p-diethylbenzene,terpinene(γ-terpinene),(1R)-(+)-α-pinene,(+)-3-carene,d-limonene,seven volatiles including induced very significantly stronger antennal potential responses in male and female adults at a concentration of 1 mol·L^(-1)(p<0.05).The 10^(-1)mol·L^(-1)styrene induced significantly stronger antennal potential in male and female adults response(p<0.05).However,the antennal potential response values elicited by volatiles from eight host plants were significantly different between females and males.The behavioral test results in the Y-type olfactometer showed that dipentene,sabinene,(1R)-(+)-α-pinene,and D-limonene had strong attracting effects on male and female adults of D.abietella.Bothγ-terpinene and(+)-3-carene had strong repelling effect on male and female adults of D.abietella.The repellency of
