摘  要:通过对亚美马褂木、北美鹅掌楸和中国马褂木的木材微观构造特征和挥发性成分的对比分析,归纳总结3种木材的区别,以期为亚美马褂木木材的利用和识别提供科学依据。木材微观构造研究表明,3种木材有着相似的木材基础构造特征,但在纹孔和导管形态方面稍有不同;通过木材横切面对3种木材进行辨别效果最好。木材挥发物化学成分使用固相物微萃取和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术进行分析,结果表明,3种木材总离子流图高度相似,显著峰的保留时间接近,但丰度差异较大;主要挥发性成分为烷烃和烯烃类;有11种共同存在的化合物,其中罗汉柏烯、八甲基环四硅氧烷等化合物相对质量分数差异较大;十三烷、十四烷等挥发性成分仅存在于1种或2种木材样品中,可作为木材识别的特征化学物质。Through analyzing the wood structure characteristics and volatile chemical constituents of the hybrid tulip tree(Liriodendron sion-americanum P.C.Yieh ex Shang et Z.R.Wang),tulip tree(Liriodendron tulipifera L.)and Chinese tulip tree(Liriodendron chinese Sarg.),the difference among these wood species was summed up.The aim of this study was to set the utilization and identification of the hybrid tulip tree.The results of wood structure characteristics indicated that three woods presented similar structure characteristics.However,three woods were different in wood pits and vessel morphology.It is easier to distinguish three woods by transverse section.Solid phase microextraction method combined with GC-MS technology were used to analyze the volatile chemical constituents of wood.The total ion flow graphs and corresponding peak retention time of three woods are basically the same,but the abundance varied greatly.The volatile components of three woods are mainly alkane and olefin and all of them were found to contain eleven kinds of chemical compounds.The relative content of seven compounds such as cis-Thujopsene,Cyclotetrasiloxane,Octamethyl-were significantly different.Tridecane,tetradecane and other volatile components only exist in one or two woods and can be used as characteristic chemicals for wood identification.
