藓类植物中国新记录种--短叶密疣藓

摘　　要：以西藏昌都市采集的苔藓植物标本为基础材料,根据宏观外部形态特征观察、体式显微镜及生物显微镜微观特征观察对所采集的标本进行了鉴定。结果表明:通过形态鉴定,将采集自西藏昌都市的标本鉴定为丛藓科密疣藓属中国新记录种——短叶密疣藓(Vinealobryum brachyphyllum(Sull.)R.H.Zander)。该种主要分布于北美、欧洲和南极洲等。该种的主要特征为:植物体小;叶尖急尖或圆钝,叶边缘自基部至叶尖背卷;中肋在叶尖下终止,中肋上部腹侧具数个长形透明细胞,中肋横切面具一层主细胞,具背厚壁层和腹厚壁层;叶细胞具2~4个疣。详细描述了短叶密疣藓的形态特征和地理分布,并将这个新物种与相似的物种进行了比较,拍摄了显微形态结构照片。The bryophyte specimens collected from Qamdo City,Tibet Autonomous Region were identified according to the macroscopic morphological characteristics,microscopical characteristics and microscopic characteristics of biological microscopes.The specimens collected from Qamdo City,Tibet Autonomous Region were identified as a new record species in China of Vinealobryum(Pottiaceae):Vinealobryum brachyphyllum(Sull.)R.H.Zander.This species was reported in North America,Europe,Antarctica,etc.Diagnostic characters of V.brachyphyllum include plants small,leaf apex acute or obtuse,margins recurved to near apex of leaf,costa ending below the apex and with a hyaline area of rectangular cells on the distal ventral surface,costa in transverse section with 1 layer of guide cells and presence of dorsal stereids bands and ventral stereid bands,and laminal cells with 2-4 papillae.The morphological characteristics and geographical distribution of Vinealobryum brachyphyllum(Sull.)R.H.Zander were described in detail.This species is compared with similar species,taking photographs of its microscopic structure.
