摘 要:广东中山某精细化工企业生产废水主要含有油脂基表面活性剂,废水处理工程项目原设计采用调节-电芬顿(电解-铁碳-双氧水)-MBR(AO)工艺,污水站建成时间长,由于预处理工艺设计缺陷及芬顿系统效率低,产泥量大等原因,高级氧化单元未能获得对高浓度污染物及毒害性物质的有效去除及破坏,废水中污染物进入后续生化系统后未能获得良好的降解效果,导致出水水质出现异常波动,COD和氨氮不能稳定达标。改造工程增加酸析及混凝气浮工艺,降低高级氧化段负荷;将原芬顿高级氧化系统优化改造为紫外光电芬顿系统,提高反应速率,降低污泥产量;同时对生化池曝气系统及工艺运行模式进行调整。运行结果表明,改造后污水处理系统效果稳定,出水水质稳定达到《广东省地方标准水污染物排放限值》(DB 44/26—2001)一级排放标准。The wastewater of a fine chemical enterprise in Zhongshan,Guangdong Province mainly contains oil based surfactant.The original design of the wastewater treatment project used the process of regulation-electric fenton(electrolysis-iron-carbon filler-hydrogen peroxide)-MBR(AO).The Wastewater treatment station has been built for a long time,Due to the design defects of pretreatment process,low efficiency of Fenton system,large sludge production and other reasons,the advanced oxidation unit failed to obtain effective removal and destruction of high concentration pollutants and toxic substances.The pollutants in wastewater failed to obtain good degradation effect after entering the subsequent biochemical system,resulting in abnormal fluctuations in the effluent quality,The COD and ammonia nitrogen could not reach the standard steadily.In the reconstruction project,acid precipitation and coagulation air flotation processes were added to reduce the load of advanced oxidation section.The original Fenton advanced oxidation system was optimized and transformed into a UV photoelectric-Fenton system to increase the reaction rate and reduce the sludge output.At the same time,the aeration system and process operation mode of biochemical tank were adjusted.The operation results show that the effect of the improved sewage treatment system was stable,and the effluent quality reaches the first-level Discharge standard Guangdong provincial local standard water pollutant discharge limit(DB 44/26—2001).
