摘 要:通过测定菟丝草药材对15-LOX、COX-2酶的抑制率来评价其体外抗炎活性,菟丝草药材各溶剂提取物对COX-2酶有较高的抑制率,其中石油醚提取物的活性最高;而对15-LOX酶的抑制率均比较低.同时采用GC-MS技术对其脂溶性部位进行成分分析,并根据峰面积归一化法对各组分进行定量分析.通过分析,共鉴定出酯类、脂肪酸、甾类等47种成分.结果显示,菟丝草药材有一定的抗炎活性,石油醚提取物活性最强,脂溶性提取物中甾类及脂肪酸成分含量较高.The anti-inflammatory activity of Cuscuta chinensis herbs was evaluated in vitro by measuring the inhibition rates to 15-LOX and COX-2 enzymes. The inhibition rate of 15-LOX enzyme in all parts of Cuscuta chinensis herb was relatively low, and the inhibition rate of COX-2 enzyme was higher,among which the petroleum ether part was the highest. At the same time, GC-MS was used to analyze the components of the fat soluble parts, and the quantitative analysis was carried out according to the peak area normalization method. A total of 47 components such as esters, fatty acids and steroids were identified by GC-MS. The results show that Cuscuta chinensis has certain anti-inflammatory activities and it has higher content of steroids and fatty acids in its fat-soluble parts.
