摘  要:目的探究杂合型血液净化干预对尿毒症患者钙磷代谢、炎性因子、免疫功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的尿毒症患者122例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组61例,对照组行单纯血液透析治疗,观察组行杂合型血液净化治疗。对比两组治疗前后β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平、钙磷代谢水平、炎症因子、免疫功能、氧化应激指标水平变化。结果治疗后观察组血清β2-MG、CysC、血磷、血清C反应蛋白、降钙素原、血清CD4^(+)、一氧化氮、总抗氧化能力水平低于对照组(P均<0.05),血钙、CD8^(+)水平水平高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论应用杂合型血液净化对尿毒症患者进行治疗,能够减轻患者肾损伤和氧化应激损伤,降低炎症反应,改善患者钙磷代谢和免疫功能。Objective To explore the effect of heterozygous blood purification intervention on calcium and phosphorus metabolism,inflammatory factors and immunologic function of patients with uremia.Methods 122 cases of uremia patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hemodialysis alone,and the observation group was treated with heterozygous blood purification.The levels ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG),cystatin C(CysC),calcium and phosphorus metabolism,inflammatory factors,immune function and oxidative stress indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serumβ2-MG,CysC,blood phosphorus level,CRP,PCT,serum CD4^(+),nitric oxide and total antioxidant capacity in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),blood calcium and CD8^(+)level in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of uremic patients with heterozygous blood purification can reduce the severity of renal injury,inflammatory reaction and oxidative stress,improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism and immune function.The treatment effect is remarkable.
