摘 要:通过对黑龙江省七种槭树科彩叶植物种子的种皮吸水速率,种子浸提液对小白菜种子萌发的抑制作用,分析槭树种子种皮透水性,内源抑制物主要存在部位及其可溶性化学特征,为槭属植物种子休眠的破除提供科学依据。结果表明,七种槭树种子的种皮透水性良好,不是影响其休眠的原因。色木槭、紫花槭、茶条槭种皮中,东北槭、紫花槭、茶条槭胚中都含有水溶性抑制物。除东北槭外其余六种槭树种子种皮、胚中都含有脂溶性抑制物。各浸提液随着浓度比例的增高,抑制活性逐渐增加,抑制作用增强。抑制作用最强,发芽率低于15%的为青楷槭、元宝槭,胚含脂溶性抑制物,其次为紫花槭胚含脂溶性抑制物。拧筋槭、东北槭、青楷槭、元宝槭、茶条槭低浓度种皮水浸提液可促使小白菜胚根生长,其余都是随着浓度增加抑制其胚根生长。胚根生长最短,低于3毫米的是紫花槭、青楷槭、色木槭胚甲醇浸提组。Through the water absorption rate of seeds and the inhibitory effects of leaching solution from Acer seeds on seed germination of Brassica rapa chinensis in seven species of Acer color-leafed plants in Heilongjiang Province,this paper analyzed seed coat permeability and the distribution of location and soluble chemical characteristics of endogenous inhibitor existing in Acer seeds,In this way,scientific basis of Acer plant seed dormancy breaking could be provided.The experimental results showed that the seed coats of the seven species acer seeds are well permeable and are not a cause of their dormancy.In seed coat of Acer mono,A.pseudo-sieboldianum,A.ginnala and embryo of A.mandshurica,A.pseudo-sieboldianum,A.ginnala contain water-soluble inhibitors.Except for A.mandshurica,the seed coat and embryo of the other six species of Acer seeds contain fat-soluble inhibitors.With the increase of the concentration ratio,the inhibitory activity of each extract gradually increases and the inhibitory effect is enhanced.The inhibitory effect is the strongest,The germination rate is less than 15%for the fat-soluble inhibitors in the embryos of A.tegmentosum and A.truncatum,It is followed by A.pseudo-sieboldianum embryo fat soluble inhibitors.The low concentration of seed coat water leaching solution of A.triflorum,A.mandshurica,A.tegmentosum,A.truncatum,A.ginnala can promote the radicle growth of Brassica rapa chinensis,the others are inhibits its radicle growth as the concentration increases.The shortest growth of the radicle are embryo-methanol leaching solution groups of A.pseudo-sieboldianum,A.tegmentosum,A.mono,the radicle length is less than 3 mm.
