摘 要:为解决高频下利兹线制作工艺复杂、铜箔绕组纵向电流分布不均、邻近效应严重等问题,本文提出一种新型绕组结构,即柔性电路板。本文对柔性电路板绕组的电磁参数进行解析建模,分别基于等效单层铜箔的方法建立柔性电路板的绕组损耗和漏感解析模型,并基于静态层间电容求解建立柔性电路板的寄生电容集总参数模型。最后,对解析模型进行实验验证,结果表明本文为柔性电路板绕组提供的建模方法是一种精度较高的通用型电磁参数建模方法。To solve the problems such as complex manufacturing process of Litz wire,uneven longitudinal current distribution and serious proximity effect of copper foil windings at high frequencies,a novel winding structure,i.e.,flexible printed circuit(FPC),is proposed in this paper.The electromagnetic parameters of FPC windings are analytically modeled,and the analytical models of the winding loss and leakage inductance of FPC are established based on the method of equivalent single-layer copper foil,respectively.In addition,the lumped parasitic capacitance model of FPC is established based on the solution of static inter-layer capacitance.Finally,the analytical models were experimentally verified,and results show that the proposed modeling method for FPC windings is a universal electromagnetic parameters modeling method with high precision.
