摘 要:针对水轮机转轮加工困难的问题,为提高加工效率,降低加工成本,提出了对水轮机转轮数控加工工艺优化,利用Pro/E建立了转轮的三维实体模型,并对转轮的数控加工工艺进行设计,利用复杂曲面数控加工相关技术对水轮机转轮进行数控加工工艺仿真,生成NC代码和加工轨迹。结果表明,基于Pro/E的数控加工技术可以实现水轮机转轮加工工艺的优化。In order to solve problem of difficult machining of hydraulic turbine runner,and improve the machining efficiency and reduce the machining cost,the optimization of NC machining process for hydraulic turbine runner was proposed.The 3D solid model of the runner was established by using Pro/E,and the NC machining process of the runner was designed.The NC machining process simulation of hydraulic turbine runner was carried out by using the related technologies of complex surface NC machining,and the NC code and machining path were generated.The results shown that the NC machining technology based on Pro/E could optimize the machining process of the turbine runner.
