摘  要:针对常用的冷作模具钢Cr12钢共晶碳化物不均匀度较大、组织偏析严重、易导致淬火异常变化及脆化倾向等问题,设计不同的热处理工艺规范,采用适合的退火、淬火、回火工艺调控Cr12钢组织和性能,试验结果表明,热处理后的Cr12钢的组织硬度和性能都得到大幅度提高。The common cold work die steel Cr12 has a large degree of eutectic carbide non-uniformity and severe structure segregation,which is easy to lead to abnormal changes in quenching and embrittlement tendency.Different heat treatment process specifications are designed,and suitable annealing,quenching and tempering processes are used to regulate the structure and properties of Cr12 steel.The test results show that the structure,properties and hardness of Cr12 steel after heat treatment are greatly improved.
