摘  要:以一对高速重载条件下的渐开线圆柱直齿齿轮副为分析对象,以Blok瞬时温升法则为计算依据,推导了啮合线上任意啮合点处的闪温计算公式,综合分析了不同的齿轮传动参数对齿面闪温的影响,并利用MATLAB对多个传动参数下齿面闪温沿啮合线的分布特性进行了数值分析。结果表明,增大模数、齿宽、压力角以及降低转速、转矩可以在一定程度上降低齿面闪温,研究结果可以为提高齿轮胶合承载能力和使用寿命提供一定的理论依据。Taking a pair of involute cylindrical spur gear pairs under high speed and heavy load as the analysis object,the calculation formula of flash temperature at any meshing point on the meshing line was derived based on Blok instantaneous temperature rise rule.The influence of different gear transmission parameters on the flash temperature of tooth surface was comprehensively analyzed.MATLAB was used to numerically analyze the distribution characteristics of tooth surface flashover temperature along the meshing line under multiple transmission parameters.The results show that increasing the modulus,tooth width,pressure angle and decreasing the speed and torque can reduce the flash temperature of tooth surface to a certain extent,which provides a certain theoretical basis for improving the bearing capacity and service life of gear gluing.
