基于PMC指数模型的长三角体育产业政策量化评价

摘　　要：以2010—2021年间出台的85项长三角体育产业政策为研究对象,运用政策文本挖掘、内容分析等方法,构建PMC指数模型,对长三角区域内具有代表性的8项体育产业政策进行量化评价。研究结果表明:我国长三角体育产业政策整体设计较为合理,8项长三角体育产业政策PMC指数平均值为7.06,其中3项为优秀,5项为可以接受。未来,我国长三角体育产业政策应在政策结构、政策性质以及激励保障措施等方面进行完善。As an important basis for the scientific formulation and effective implementation of sports industry policies,policy evaluation has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of sports industry in the Yangtze River Delta.Taking the 85 sports industry policies of the Yangtze River Delta issued from 2010 to 2021 as the research object,the PMC index model was constructed by using policy text mining and content analysis to quantitatively evaluate the representative 8 sports industry policies in the Yangtze River Delta region.The results show that the overall design of China's Yangtze River Delta sports industry policy is reasonable,and the average value of the PMC index of 8 sports industry policies in the Yangtze River Delta is 7.06,of which 3 are excellent and 5 are acceptable.In the future,China’s Yangtze River Delta sports industry policy should be improved in terms of policy structure,policy nature and incentive and guarantee measures.
