摘　　要：论文通过回溯英国近现代知名人士有关读书与情绪关系的个人疗愈经验,美国科学专家等对“阅读疗法”的学理认知,以及日本当代国民“治愈”理念的萌生及其“治愈系”出品,呈现了我国海峡两岸学人对“阅读疗法”的接受传承和中国本土化社会实践的成果,认为遴选并推介具有“阅读疗愈”内涵的“书方子”,是当下加强个人情绪管理和心理建设,深耕、拓展和创新全民阅读的题中应有之义,进而呼吁图书馆在现时代的读者服务工作中应积极开展“情绪疗愈系导读书目”推介活动。This paper presents the acceptance and inheritance of“reading therapy”by scholars on both sides of the Straits of China and the results of China’s localized social practice by tracing back the personal healing experience of the relationship between reading and emotion of British modern celebrities,the academic recognition of“reading therapy”by American scientific experts,and the emergence of the concept of“curing”by Japanese contemporary citizens and the production o“f curing system”.It is believed that the selection and promotion of“book prescriptions”with the connotation of“reading therapy”is the content of strengthening personal emotional management and psychological construction,deepening,expanding and innovating the topic of reading for the whole people,and then calls on the library to actively carry out the promotion activity of“emotional therapy guide bibliography”in the current era of reader service.
