摘 要:通过对羽毛球运动员足踝落地瞬间生物力学的分析,可以找到降低运动风险的方法。为此,该文采用文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,利用三维测力台与三维动作捕捉系统分析了35名实验组和35名对照组受试者在足踝落地瞬间的生物力学特征,对采集到的运动学、动力学数据进行分析,发现羽毛球运动员足踝落地瞬间,很可能直接引发运动风险,特别是羽毛球运动的初学者极容易频发高强度的踝关节损伤风险,专业运动员的踝关节运动具有良好的稳定性和灵活性,足踝落地瞬间的左右方向活动幅度及受力小,使得缓冲时间延长的同时,能有效缓解踝关节突然落地时遭受的冲击力,发生运动风险的概率较小。Through the biomechanical analysis of badminton players'ankles at the landing moment,a way to reduce sports risks can be found.To this end,using the literature data method and the experimental method,the paper uses the 3D force platform and 3D motion capture system to analyze the biomechanical characteristics of 35 experimental and 35 control subjects'ankles at the landing moment,and analyzes the collected kinematic and kinetic data.It is found that,it is likely to directly cause sports risks at the landing moment of badminton player's ankles,particularly,beginners in badminton are extremely prone to frequent high-intensity ankle injury risks.The ankle movement of professional athletes has good stability and flexibility,the movement and force in the left and right direction of ankles at the landing moment are small,while prolonging the buffer time,which can effectively relieve the impact force suffered by ankle joints at the sudden landing,and the probability of sports risks is small.
