摘　　要：对于传统五人篮球项目而言,不论是青少年校园选材,还是俱乐部专业运动员选材,都逐渐趋向于完善,而三人篮球的选材标准和方法尚未有明确的标准。该文运用专家访谈法、文献资料法,发现我国三人制篮球中存在的问题,借助其他国家选材的成功经验,为我国的三人篮球发展给予指导,以形成区别于五人制篮球的独立遴选机制,以期进一步提高我国三人篮球竞技水平与能力,并提升三人篮球运动后备人才质量,培养优秀的国际大赛竞技篮球人才,为促进我国三人篮球运动发展提供理论支持与实践指导。For traditional five-a-side basketball,whether the selection for campus youth or the selection for club professional players is gradually perfect,but the selection method and standard for 3×3 basketball still do not have a clear standard.Using the expert interview method and literature method,this paper finds out the problems in 3×3 basketball in China,and gives guidance to the development of 3×3 basketball in China with the help of the successful experience of other countries in selection,so as to form an independent selection mechanism different from five-a-side basketball,which can further improve the competitive level and ability of China's 3×3 basketball,improve the quality of reserve talents of 3×3 basketball,cultivate excellent competitive basketball talents for international competitions,and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the development of 3×3 basketball in China.
