高校体育资源社会化的探索——以天水师范学院为例

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对天水师范学院体育资源社会化的实际情况进行分析。天水师范学院体育设施社会化建设,可以更好地缓解学校周边地区健身设施短缺的问题,有效促进体育经费的流通和周转,促进学校体育人才资源的开发利用,提高大学的运动环境和设施。该文针对高校体育设施管理与利用、人才利用、定价不到位、使用率低等问题进行了探讨。The article uses methods of literature,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to analyze the actual situation of the socialization of sports resources in Tianshui Normal University.The construction of the socialization of sports facilities in Tianshui Normal University can better alleviate the shortage of fitness facilities in the surrounding area of the university,effectively promote the circulation and turnover of sports funds,promote the development and utilization of sports human resources in the university,and improve the sports environment and facilities of the university.The article discusses the issues of the management and utilization of sports facilities,the utilization of talents,the inadequacy of pricing and low utilization rate sports facilities in colleges and universities.
