摘　　要：公共体育服务建设的方向是要满足人民群众的健身需求,以促进身体健康为目的,加快完善浙江省公共体育服务体系建设是推进浙江省成为体育强省的重要举措,是实现健康中国的重要支撑。该文采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法等方法分析了浙江省公共体育服务体系建设的基础性、系统性、均衡性原则,得出多元视域下浙江省建设公共体育体系的框架思路。研究分析了构建高质量服务体系的主要元素,政府作为倡导者和引领者,要充分运用社会力量,从政策法规、场地设施等方面进行创新,采取新举措,促进公共体育服务体系建设,满足人们多元化的体育需求。The direction of public sports service construction is to meet people's fitness needs and promote physical health.Accelerating the construction of the public sports service system in Zhejiang Province is an important measure to promote Zhejiang Province to become a strong sports province and is an important support for realizing a healthy China.This study uses the literature method,interview method,field investigation method and other methods to analyze the basic,systematic and balanced principles of the construction of the public sports service system in Zhejiang Province,and obtains the framework idea of building the public sports system in Zhejiang province under multiple perspectives.The study analyzes the main elements of building a high-quality service system,and as an advocate and leader,the government should make full use of social forces,innovate in terms of policies,regulations,venues and facilities,etc.,and take new measures to promote the construction of the public sports service system and meet people's diversified sports needs.
