摘 要:随着冬奥会的成功举办,全国各地不断加快冰雪运动的发展,冰雪体育旅游进入快速发展时期。该文以吉林市的冰雪体育旅游为研究对象,利用八爪鱼抓取携程网北大湖和松花湖游客评论,并借用ROST CM6软件对游客评论进行分析,探究影响冰雪体育旅游者满意度的因素,并提出优化路径。结果表明:旅游者满意度主要分为五个方面;在游客情感分析中,旅游者对吉林市冰雪体育旅游的整体感知以积极情绪为主,消极情绪次之,中性情绪最少。因此,提出提高冰雪体育旅游者满意度的建议:优化服务质量,提升旅游者满意度;加强人员管理,增强旅游者体验感;挖掘冰雪文化,提高旅游者重游意愿。With the successful holding of the Winter Olympics,the development of ice and snow sports has been accelerated all over the country,and ice and snow sports tourism has entered a period of rapid development.This paper takes ice and snow sports tourism in Jilin City as the research object,uses Octopus to capture the tourist reviews of Beida Pot and Songhua Lake on Ctrip,uses ROST CM6 software to analyze the tourist reviews,explores the factors affecting the satisfaction of ice and snow sports tourists,and puts forward the optimization path.The results show that tourist satisfaction is mainly divided into five aspects,and in the analysis of tourists'emotion,the tourists'overall perception of ice and snow sports tourism in Jilin City is dominated by positive emotions,followed by negative emotions,and neutral emotions are at least.Therefore,some suggestions are put forward to improve tourist satisfaction of ice and snow sports:optimize the service quality to improve tourist satisfaction,strengthen personnel management to enhance tourists'experience and excavate ice and snow culture to improve tourists'willingness to visit again.
