探讨喷气织机织造飞花对生产效率的影响

摘  要:喷气织机高速运行会产生大量飞花,不仅影响织造效率和织物布面质量,还会污染车间环境以及危害员工呼吸道健康。文章简要阐述了喷气织机运行过程中产生飞花的原因,并通过设计专用试验工具对下织口处飞花进行针对性研究。研究证明,下织口处飞花量不可忽视,若设计有效装置收集,不仅可以阻断飞花的二次扩散,提高机台的织造效率与织物质量,避免对相邻机台织造产生影响,而且可以辅助性地减少空调除尘系统的能耗,降低人工清洁成本,进一步改善车间环境。在此基础上,文章介绍了发明专利—一种喷气织机自清洁系统,其在飞花收集上发挥高效能,可实时接近飞花产生的源头进行飞花收集,保证车间内含尘量稳定在标准要求范围内,具有被广大喷气织造企业采纳与应用的价值。A large number of flying waste will be produced in the high speed running air-jet loom,which will not only affect the weaving efficiency and fabric quality,but also pollute the workshop environment and endanger the respiratory tract health of employees.This paper briefly describes the causes of flying waste in the running air-jet loom,and studies the flying waste under the cloth-fell purposefully by designing a special test tool.The research proves that the amount of flying waste under the cloth-fell can not be ignored.If an effective device for collecting flying waste is designed,it can not only block the secondary diffusion of flying waste,improve the weaving efficiency and fabric quality,avoid the influence on the weaving of adjacent machines,but also help reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioning dust removal system,reduce the cost of manual cleaning,and further improve the workshop environment.On this basis,this paper introduces the invention patent:a kind of self-cleaning system for air-jet weaving machine,which plays an efficient role in collecting flying waste in real time close to the source of flying waste,ensuring that the dust concentration in the workshop is stable within the standard requirements,and has the value of being adopted and applied by the majority of air-jet weaving enterprises.
