摘　　要：由于冷轧车间的主要原料是热轧产品,因此在进行轧制前,需要将卷曲的钢卷开卷,在冷轧生产线上,开卷机用于打开钢卷及提供恒张力,可以改善和提高带钢质量,而当带钢轧制完成也需卷取机将板带卷取成钢卷,以便于卸卷和运输到下道生产工艺处存放或加工。文章通过对开卷机,卷取机的负载特性及张力控制过程进行分析,明确了开卷机或卷取机在工作过程中的张力设定,以及张力控制的影响因素及控制措施。为更好实现张力控制奠定了基础。As the main raw materials of the cold rolling workshop are hot rolled products,it is necessary to uncoil the rolled steel coils before rolling.On the cold rolling production line,the uncoiler is used to open the steel coils and provide constant tension,which can improve and improve the quality of strip steel.When the strip steel is rolled,the coiler is also required to coil the strip into steel coils for easy uncoiling and transportation to the next production process for storage or processing.Through analyzing the load characteristics and tension control process of the uncoiler and coiler,this article clarifies the tension setting during the working process of the uncoiler or coiler,as well as the influencing factors and control measures for tension control.It lays the foundation for better tension control.
