摘  要:乏燃料干式贮存因工艺原因,需要对燃料贮存容器的内外盖进行自动焊接操作,确保容器的密封性。自动焊机在使用过程中反复出现冷却装置故障报警,导致自动焊接工作被迫暂停,严重影响现场工作进度。文章从自动焊机冷却原理出发,全面分析了造成某冷却装置故障的可能原因,最终确定故障原因为冷却水回路2#流量开关异常并成功消除故障,保障了乏燃料干式贮存工作的顺利完成,积累了自动焊机冷却故障处理的宝贵经验,同时对国内其它核电站采用同类型干贮自动焊机的故障处理具有重要的借鉴意义。Due to process reasons,the inner and outer covers of spent fuel storage containers need to be automatically welded to ensure the tightness of the containers.During the use of the automatic welding machine,the failure alarm of the cooling device occurs repeatedly,which causes the automatic welding work to be suspended and seriously affects the on-site work progress.Based on the cooling principle of the automatic welding machine,this paper comprehensively analyzed the possible causes of the failure of the cooling device,and finally determined that the cause of the failure was the abnormality of the 2#flow switch of the cooling water circuit and successfully eliminated the failure,which ensured the smooth completion of the dry storage of spent fuel and accumulated valuable experience in the treatment of the cooling failure of the automatic welding machine,At the same time,it has an important reference significance for other domestic nuclear power plants to use the same type of dry storage automatic welding machine for fault treatment.
