摘　　要：社会经济的快速发展使用水紧张问题更加突出,为从根本上提升水利工程节水效果,促进灌区节水灌溉工程高效建设与平稳运营,需要配合使用先进的信息化技术手段,构建起功能完善的水利信息化系统,借助信息收集与分析功能,对灌区节水灌溉工程运营全过程进行严格管控。基于此,文章以灌区节水灌溉工程水利信息化技术应用重要性为切入点,分析水利信息化技术应用期间的各类问题,明确节水灌溉水利信息系统建设要点,制定水利信息化技术应用管控机制,以期为相关工作人员提供理论性帮助。With the rapid development of social economy,the problem of water shortage is more prominent.In order to fundamentally improve the water-saving effect of water conservancy projects and promote the efficient construction and stable operation of water-saving irrigation projects in irrigation areas,it is necessary to cooperate with the use of advanced information technology to build a fully functional water conservancy information system.With the help of information collection and analysis functions,the whole operation process of water-saving irrigation projects in irrigation areas should be strictly controlled.Aiming at this,this paper takes the importance of the application of water conservancy information technology in water-saving irrigation projects in irrigation districts as the starting point,analyzes various problems existing in the application of water conservancy information technology,clarifies the key points of the construction of water-saving irrigation water conservancy information system,and formulates a management and control mechanism for the application of water conservancy information technology,with a view to providing theoretical help for relevant staff.
