摘　　要：制动轮自动清料装置,属于港口大型运输设备制动轮设备技术领域,用于港口运输煤炭、矿石、矿粉等散杂货物料的带式输送机、堆取料机制动轮处积料的清理。文中设计了一种制动轮自动清料装置,由刀具底座、刀具、专用垫片、螺栓螺母构成。刀具底座焊接在驱动装置底座上,刀具通过专用垫片、螺栓螺母安装在刀具底座上。刀具采用聚氨酯材质加工,采用双刀具对称安装的方式,固定不动,利用制动轮与清料装置的相对运动摩擦,能快速有效地自动清除制动轮内壁上的积料。结构设计新颖巧妙,使用维护方便,使用寿命长,节省工人劳动力,保障设备正常运转,避免安全事故发生,提高生产的连续性和作业效率。The utility model relates to an automatic clearing device for brake wheels,which belongs to the technical field of brake wheel equipment for large port transport equipment,and is used for clearing the accumulated materials at the brake wheels of belt conveyors and stackers and reclaimers for transporting bulk and sundry materials such as coal,ore,mineral powder,etc.in ports.The technical proposal is to design an automatic clearing device for the brake wheel,which is composed of a tool base,a tool,a special gasket,bolts and nuts.The tool base is welded to the base of the drive device,and the tool is installed on the tool base through special gaskets,bolts and nuts.The cutting tool is made of polyurethane,and it is fixed by symmetrical installation of double cutting tools.The accumulated material on the inner wall of the brake wheel can be quickly and effectively removed automatically by using the relative motion friction between the brake wheel and the material cleaning device.The structure design is novel and ingenious,easy to use and maintain,and has a long service life.It saves labor force,ensures the normal operation of equipment,avoids safety accidents,and improves the continuity of production and operation efficiency.
