摘　　要：半导体智能设备是半导体产业的支柱,主要应用于IC制造(前道设备)、IC封测(后道设备)两大领域。我国半导体设备市场规模现已处在世界第一的位置。文章对半导体智能设备行业现状及市场发展要求进行论述。Semiconductor intelligent equipment is the pillar industry of semiconductor industry,which is mainly used in IC manufacturing(front-end equipment)and IC sealing and testing(back-end equipment).China's semiconductor equipment market size is now in the first place in the world.This paper will discuss the development requirements of semiconductor intelligent equipment market.
