Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Refractory Lead-Zinc Ore and Its Associated Silver Recovery in Gansu Province

摘  要:随着甘肃某铅锌矿开采深度的延伸,矿石性质发生了较大的变化,原有生产工艺制度难以适应新开采矿石的生产。为了提高Pb、Zn回收率,对原矿进行工艺矿物学和选矿试验研究。结果表明:原矿Pb品位3.78%,Zn品位5.39%,S品位14.25%,伴生Ag含量107.97 g/t, Pb主要以方铅矿形式存在;Zn主要以铁闪锌矿形式存在;Ag赋存于黝铜矿和硫锑铜银矿中。在现场工艺流程条件下,采用新型药剂,最终获得铅精矿中Pb品位55.89%、含Zn6.71%,锌精矿Zn品位43.48%、含Pb 0.60%。同时,伴生Ag在铅精矿中得到了富集,品位达到1 289.11 g/t,回收率72.95%,实现了该矿矿产资源的综合利用。With the extension of mining depth of a lead-zinc mine in Gansu Province, the ore properties have changed greatly, and the original production process system is difficult to adapt to the new ore production. In order to improve the recovery rate of lead and zinc, the process mineralogy and beneficiation test of raw ore were studied. The results show that the primary ore contains 3.78% lead, 5.39% zinc, 14.25% sulfur, and 107.97 g/t associated silver. Lead exists mainly in the form of galena, zinc in the form of marmatite, and silver in tetrahedrite and polybasite. Under the condition of on-site process, the new reagent was used to obtain the final lead concentrate with lead grade of 55.89% and zinc content of 6.71%, zinc concentrate with zinc grade of 43.48% and lead content of 0.60%. At the same time, the associated silver was enriched in the lead concentrate with a grade of 1 289.11 g/t and a recovery of 72.95%, which realized the comprehensive utilization of the mineral resources of the mine.
