摘  要:铜冶炼渣既是固废,亦是宝贵的二次资源,其含有Cu及伴生Au、Ag等贵金属,具有较高的回收价值。受冶炼工艺影响,与原生矿相比铜冶炼渣具有嵌布粒度微细、硬度高、难磨等特性。通过采用不同性质的铜冶炼渣配比生产,在半自磨中以老渣充当磨矿介质,形成老渣表面粉碎模型,实现均匀细化粉碎,增加目的矿物的单体解离度,在提高有价值金属回收率的同时有效降低钢球消耗。Copper smelting slag is not only solid waste, but also a valuable secondary resource, which contains copper and associated gold, silver and other precious metals have a high recovery value. Due to the influence of smelting process, copper smelting slag has the characteristics of fine disseminated particle size, high hardness and difficult grinding compared with primary ore. By using different copper smelting slag ratio production, the old slag is used as grinding medium in semi-autogenous grinding, forming the surface grinding model of the old slag, realizing uniform fine grinding, increasing the degree of monomer dissociation of the target mineral, and effectively reducing the consumption of steel balls while improving the recovery of valuable metals.
