摘 要:酒钢炼铁厂有7座高炉,分别配套3个喷煤工序,共有5套磨煤机制粉系统。磨煤机设备选型均采用碗式中速磨煤机,受地域因素限制,原煤可磨性指数HGI43-52,且磨煤机在运行过程中受到原煤磨损、高温、高压、煤粉冲刷等工况条件影响,设备劣化问题尤为突出,磨煤机定修周期呈逐年递减趋势,对高炉正常生产造成不利影响。通过对历年来设备故障进行统计,对设备薄弱环节进行钻研和探索,形成了一套延长磨煤机设备定修周期的检维修方法,磨煤机设备运行逐步趋于稳定,为高炉高产提供了有利保障。There are 7 blast furnaces in the ironmaking plant of JISCO, which are equipped with 3 coal injection processes and 5 coal pulverizing systems. The selection of coal mill equipment adopts bowl-type medium-speed Coal Mill, which is limited by regional factors, and the grindability index of raw coal is HGI43-52, and the mill is affected by the working conditions of raw coal abrasion, high temperature, high pressure, coal powder scouring and so on, the problem of equipment deterioration is especially serious, and the maintenance period of coal mill is decreasing year by year, which has a negative effect on the normal production of blast furnace. In recent years, through the equipment management personnel to the past years equipment failure statistics, at the same time the equipment weak link carries on the research and the exploration, has formed a set of extension coal mill equipment maintenance period maintenance method, the operation of the coal pulverizer is gradually becoming stable, which provides a beneficial guarantee for the high production of the blast furnace.
