摘  要:随着钢厂产能的不断提升,降低和减少了连铸机停机时间,一方面可保证生产的稳定顺行,另一方面也可降低连铸机的生产成本,随着中间包包龄的不断提升,塞棒等功能耐材产品质量成为影响连铸机稳定顺行的主要因素,围绕中间包塞棒出现的各类问题原因分析,制定相应的技术管理措施,有效降低各类事故,在提高中间包经济包龄的同时,又可以确保连铸机的稳定顺行。With the continuous improvement of steel plant capacity, reducing and reducing the downtime of continuous casting machine can ensure the stable and smooth operation of production on the one hand, and reduce the production cost of continuous casting machine on the other hand. With the continuous improvement of tundish age, the quality of functional refractories such as stopper has become the main factor affecting the stable and smooth operation of continuous casting machine. Based on the analysis of the causes of various problems of tundish stopper, corresponding technical management measures are formulated, effectively reduce all kinds of accidents, improve the economic ladle age of tundish, and ensure the stable and smooth operation of continuous caster.
