摘  要:为增加企业经济效益,某厂不断提高烧结工序氧化物料配比,也带来配料平衡难度加大,混合料S含量降低,Si、Cd含量升高,物料亲水性、细度变差,混合造球和透气性降低,焙烧温度降低,烧结块软化温度降低等不利影响,通过采取严格执行“双堆五步配料”操作、精细过程控制、“小风量-慢车速-厚料层”烧结、富氧烧结等针对性措施,有效降低了不利影响。在提高复杂铅锌氧化物料处理能力的同时,确保了烧结工艺技术指标和烧结块产量质量。In order to increase the economic benefits of the enterprise, a factory constantly increases the proportion of oxidized materials in the sintering process, which also brings difficulty in the balance of ingredients, decreases the sulfur content of the mixture, increases the content of silicon and cadmium, decreases the hydrophilicity and fineness of the material, decreases the pellet and air permeability of the mixture, decreases the roasting temperature, decreases the softening temperature of the sintered block and other adverse effects. By adopting strict implementation of "double pile five-step batching" operation, fine process control, "small air volume-slow speed-thick material layer" sintering, oxygen rich sintering and other targeted measures, the adverse effects are effectively reduced. In addition to improving the processing capacity of complex lead-zinc oxide materials, the sintering technology index and sintered block production quality were ensured.
