摘　　要：韶关冶炼厂采用铅锌密闭鼓风炉法(ISP),清洁生产与烧结原料多元化利于企业发展的高效低耗,也是工业可持续发展的必由之路。做好配料、配料多元化、配入低成本原料,降低生产成本。工艺开发与完善、废物再生利用,减少三废排放及污染。遵循该原则,烧结车间从源头开始,配入杂料、硫酸锌渣、粉状氧化锌等难处理废物,及铅锌混合矿难处理矿,加强工艺控制及开发尾气处理技术,实现了一系列工艺环节的研究与开发。Shaoguan Smelter adopts lead-zinc closed blast furnace method(ISP). Clean production and diversified sintering raw materials are conducive to the high efficiency and low consumption of enterprise development, which is also the only way for industrial sustainable development. Do a good job of ingredients, ingredients diversification, with low cost raw materials, reduce production costs. Process development and improvement, waste recycling, reduce three waste emissions and pollution. According to this principle, the sinter plant starts from the source, adding miscellaneous materials, zinc sulfate slag, powder zinc oxide and other refractory wastes, as well as lead-zinc mixed ore refractory ores, strengthening process control and developing tail gas treatment technology, and realizing a series of process research and development.
