摘 要:针对现有高炉瓦斯灰泥回转窑处置中存在的氧化锌粉品位低、金属化物料还原率低的问题,对高炉瓦斯灰还原过程和提锌机理的研究,提出了将保温沉降室和U型管状空水冷却器前端得到的中低品位氧化锌粉返回至原料配料系统,在物料还原中后期从回转窑出料端喷入5~20 mm粒煤,并将U型管状空水冷却器的U形盘管增加到12组左右,可获得品位约60%氧化锌粉和金属化率85%以上的金属化物料。To solve the problems of low grade of zinc oxide powder and low reduction rate of metallized materials in the disposal of blast furnace gas ash using rotary kiln, the paper research the reduction process of blast furnace gas mud and mechanism of zinc extraction.It is proposed that the low and medium grade zinc oxide powder return to the raw material blending system obtained from preservation sedimentation chamber and the U-tube air-water cooler, and the 5-20mm coal particles were injected from the end of rotary kiln in the middle and late stages of material reduction, and the U-shaped coil of the U-tube air-water cooler is increased to about 12 groups. So, the zinc oxide powder with a grade of about 60 % and the metallization material with a metallization rate of more than 85 % can be obtained.
