摘　　要：近年来,钢铁市场跌宕起伏,酒钢地处西北,条件受限,酒钢炼铁厂采取提高自产及周边矿产资源用量的经济配料模式进一步压降成本,该条件的变化对高炉生产造成不利影响。炼铁厂3#高炉通过采取稳定炉料结构、合理匹配上部装料制度及下部送风制度、增加矿批、提高顶压控制水平、优化炉前出铁等措施,高炉经济技术指标不断进步,利用系数最高达到4.08 t/(m3·d)。In recent years, the iron and steel market ups and downs, Jiusteel is located in the northwest, the conditions are limited, Jiusteel iron and steel works to increase the consumption of its own and surrounding mineral resources to further reduce the cost of economic ingredients, these changes in the conditions of the blast furnace production caused adverse effects. By taking measures such as stabilizing the charge structure, rationally matching the upper charging system and the lower air supply system, increasing the ore batch, improving the top pressure control level, and optimizing the iron output before the furnace, the economic and technical indicators of the blast furnace have been improved continuously, and the utilization coefficient of the blast furnace has reached 4.08 t/(m~3·d) at the highest.
